Make a civil penalty payment
This page will allow you to make a penalty payment by searching for a case or a PAC by:
1. Case Number
2. Case Name
3. Hearing Officer Name
4. Permit Number
5. Non-Compliance Number
6. Cessation Order Number
7. Any Party Name.
Enter search including above criteria and can also be limited to searching for only cases or PACs. Results are displayed matching search criteria and only if any penalties are assessed.
Once you locate a case/PAC, click on the case/PAC number from the chart below and the information about the matter will open. The last box on that page will provide the penalty information. To make a payment, enter the amount of the payment in the Payment Amount Box and click add to cart. Follow the instructions on the next page to complete the transaction.
