This site is designed to facilitate submittal of routine notifications and electronic documents via the web. A routine notification involves a release of pollutants or contaminants into the environment that do not cause imminent danger to the human health or environment; they are below the reportable quantity of the contaminant; and they do not cause a sheen on waters of the Commonwealth. This should be the only notification type reported on this web site. Electronic documents submitted through this portal may be any type of electronic file, e.g. applications, data files, or other documentation required under a permit, certification, or contract; similarly, DEP may post updated documentation for various audiences.
