Required Electronic Discharge Monitoring Reporting
Welcome to DEP’s NetDMR Requirement date page on eSearch. This page will give
you up-to-date information on the date that a KPDES permitted facility must
begin submitting DMRs electronically using NetDMR (rather than mailing paper
DMRs). If the requirement date is January 2014, the facility may begin
using NetDMR prior to January 2014, but must submit the DMR for monitoring
period January 1 – 31, 2014 (and all subsequent DMRs) using NetDMR. If a
paper DMR is submitted on or after the NetDMR requirement date, it will be
returned without being processed (which may lead to a violation for

The information found in Search Online is for informational purposes only and is

database; therefore, care should be taken to confirm the information in the
database with information in the agency's administrative files. If any conflict
exists between information contained in the Search Online database and the
official administrative files of the Department, the official administrative
files of the Department should be considered the official record. The
Department has not fully implemented its electronic permitting, therefore some
programs will contain no information in this database. Nor is the posting of
information on Search Online intended to replace the traditional methods of
publishing public notice of certain documents as required by State and Federal
statutes and/or regulations. Search Online is intended to enhance the public's
access to basic agency information.
